Welcome to AST Management’s website, the following Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and what you can expect whilst completing an online transaction.

Cancellation and Amendments

The conference secretariat understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

All cancellations and refunds must be received in writing to the conference secretariat.

Digital Delivery

After completing your registration transaction online, you will receive an email confirmation from Conference and Education Management Pty Ltd trading as AST Management containing your order details (if you have provided a valid email address). A confirmation receipt of your registration, including your tax invoice will be emailed to you.

We will attempt to send your registration via email within 24 hours (during business hours Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST).

GST

Please note all prices include GST.

Payment Conditions

We accept payments by credit and debit card using – Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Credit Card payments are processed through Stripe.

We also protect the security of your credit card number during the transaction by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates.

Please note that Conference and Education Management Pty Ltd trading as AST Managementreserves the right to ask for proof of identity on all Credit Card orders.
